About 2,000 Infantino Lamb Grabby Rattles sold at Wal-Mart, Babies “R” Us and other specialty stores nationwide from September 2007 through February 2008 for between $3 and $4 were recalled when it was found that the tail-piece on the rattles can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.

About 1,000 infant teethers made by Empire Silver Company were recalled because the silver ball that holds the ring in place can separate and release the beads inside. This poses a choking and aspiration hazard to infants.

Infantino® has received eight reports of the nose detaching, including one report of a child gagging on the bitten off nose. This had led to them issuing a recall on about 28,000 of these teethers.
