    Triplets question...

Lucky you! By 7 weeks, I'd already gained about 6 or 7 pounds with the twins. I haven't weighed myself yet this week to see if I have gained any more. With twins, I read that they recommend a total gain of between 35-45 pounds. Since that's 10 pounds more than a single pregnancy, I'm going to make a wild guess that with triplets, you'll probably be around 40-50 or so.

    How have you been feeling?

I believe it was 45-60 but the more you gain in the beginning the better because once you get bigger there won't be room to eat. You can drink Ensure to get more calories in!

I had triplets 5 times and am now pregnant with quintuplets. For triplets doctor said I would gain at least 50 - 75 pounds of baby fat
