Hey All, My name is Cara I was here about two years ago. Since then I am now newly married to a Marine who is stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC. I am living at home becasue he will  be going to Iraq in April. I have a two year old little girl named Jazlyn and have another little one on the way in August. I hope to get close to some of you, because this is new to me, on dealing with all this stuff at the same time. Glad to be back!!

 Nahh I don't live on base. I live close to MCAS New River. How long will ur hubby be in Iraq?

Well he'll leave in April till about November, so they say. I guess we will see. How do you like Jacksonville area?? I have been there twice, so different from where I am from. But I definately think I can adjust.

Oh that's cool so he'll be gone for 7 months. That's how how long my hubby will be gone. So far Jacksonville isn't too bad but there's nothing to do here after a while. It's bigger here than where I am from. I lived in a small town with 254 people so it's VERY different. I love going to the beach though so that's a plus for living here. 

Yea, can't wait for it to come and go. My town is small to with not much to do, but Jacksonville is way different. But it is also very built up. I never realized they had a beach close by, but it would make sense since it is along the coeast ;-) I love the beach too, I have like 4 beaches 30 mins away. So I am looking forward for that this summer. God I can't wait for summer to get here, ya know??

Yea, I'm ready for summer and the warm weather. I'm tired of the coldness. 

Me too girl, I am ready to move there already!! I will be out there around the baby's due date. I really look forward to this year going quick. Right now he is away in 29 palms training for Iraq, I am so sad now that its all becoming reality!! How have you been how is your baby coming along??
