hi ladies , i want to do a ttc ticker but im confused when it comes to doing cycle length .. does it mean from the day u come on .. to being due on again ie: how many days ?

help .. im no gd at this sorta thing .. and when from wen u come off ur period wud u normally ov ?

CD 1 is your first day of AF. Many people are different some people don't have the 28 day cycle. You will just have to track yours and see how long it is. You normally O 2 weeks before your period. If you have irregualr cycles, this may be hard to determine. I would suggest getting some OPK's and start using them around cd 10 or 11 until you get a +.
