WHATS WRONG WITH MY ACCT??

I've emailed you twice once stating the problem then the next was what it told me. I can't put anything in my Sig, and it makes me back click to get back to the board after i try to reply to a post.

It says this

i've had the same problem today. for some reason i have two accounts, one my real name mindee nguyen, and one tybaby under the same email. that's why it's doing that, but i can't figure out how or why it happened and what i can do to fix it!! i think i'm just going to start a new name and see how it'll work out... just pissed i've done my signature and everything and it's only my 2nd day here!
