I am 16 weeks pregnant and had my first ultrasound on 01-07-08. I waited for over

two hours for my ultrasound and when my doctor finally came in he took one pic

and he was gone in three minutes. He didnt even let me see my babys heart

beat. My mom and I were looking at my ultrasound and we can see my babys

head and body then behind it is another head! I would like to get some

advice and maybe tell me what you guys think.

I think you should try complaining first and if that doesn't work, then change Dr's.  My first visit was last week at 6 weeks and was an amazing experience.  The nurse took her time with me and then the Dr took his time with me.  They took several pics of the baby, showed us his/her heart beat, etc.

Regardless, if you are one in 500 patients he/she is seeing that day, you should feel like his number one, especially throughout this experience.

 Yea I would definitely start complaining about that. If it doesn't get you anywhere change doctors. I wish you luck :)
