Hello ladies, this is my first post.I recently had my first Doctors appt and all was going well untill the Doctor examined me and said that my uterus is larger than that of an eight week pregnancy.She asked me was I sure about the date of my last menstrual,and if it was a normal menstrual to both of these I answer yes.She then informs me that she is going to try and listen to baby on the doppler,and if I was only eight weeks she should not be able to hear anything.Low and behold she finds a very stong fetal heartbeat and tells me that Im about twelve to thirteen weeks.I am certain of my last period and it was normal and on time,I guess my question is to anyone out there with multiples,does this sounds familiar in any way?She did ask if twins run in the family and the answer is yes,Babys Grandmother is an identicle twin.I do have an upcoming ultrasound,Im just beating my brains out in trying to figure out what is going on inside of my body.
Anyone with any ideas as to what might be going on,I would love to hear from you.
