    Having a boy!

We found out today we are having a boy! I wanted a girl but boys are good too as long as it's healthy. Besides this is our miracle baby as we don't know if I will be able to have anymore. I don't know if anyone knew but last November I had a cone biopsy done and got pregnant a month after. I was told not to get pregnant for a year since my cervix would be weak. I have been monitored every 2 weeks and thus far my cervix is holding strong. I do however have to go back to the doctor who did it for another colposcopy because the high risk doctor saw something on my cervix that shouldn't be there. We are praying that it's nothing serious!!! But thought I'd let you all know about the sex of the baby. Anyone have advice on 2 boys? My first son will be 7 in July and I'm kinda scared about what the future will hold with 2 of them.

Congrats on the little boy!! I just found out yesterday that I'm also having a little boy. I had a cone biopsy about four years ago and thankfully it hasn't caused any problems with this pregnancy. I hope everything goes alright with the colposcopy. I think that the second baby is really hard because you go from one child that you get to devote your time to and then you have to split it between two children. After a couple of weeks you get into the swing of things and it is a lot easier then you think it's going to be. Well I hope all is well and that you enjoy that little boy of yours.

Well congrats on the Baby boy I have 2 Sons Dalton 6 and Logan 4 in October . Its not bad at all having to boys actually I takes a little stress off you when they get big enough to play with each other which age is also a good thing cause they can teach each other. My #2 son devolped his learning skills alot faster than my first, pottying etc... It will be great dont worry your oldest son will im sure be alot of help as my first son was and still is I am pregnant with my 3rd and last child I pray its a girl but ill be happy either way. Good luck.

Yea it just makes me wonder how things are going to go. My husband will deploy shortly after I have the baby for about 7 months. At first I was a little disappointed that I won't be having a girl. But my husband tells me the next time we will.

Okay, I need some reassurance if anyone can give it to me. The ultrasound tech told me the baby weighs about 14 ounces and everywhere I look for 20-21 weeks says that's rather big... I'm worried about having a big baby yet I watch what I eat. I don't eat much food with fat in it and we don't eat fast food near as much. Has anyone experienced this??

First off I think the tech would have said thats a big baby if it was measuring big, and second mine was 13 ounces and we were told he was long and skinny! LOL, So i would relax and ask your doc at the next appt., I'm sure he's not too big, plus ultrasounds are only estimations, they don't know for sure!! Big Smile Keep that in mind and good luck! Keep us posted on what your doc says!!
