Hey there mamas!! We were thinking of getting a bassinet as oppsed to a crib for our newborn. Anyone with any input on this particular style for the baby?? My main question is how many months can you sleep a baby in a bassinet?? 6, 8? Thanks for any answers/info MommyLustre~

 I liked having the bassinet, mine was portable so I could roll it from room to room with me if I needed to and have it right next to my bed at night. Justice outgrew his by three months but he was a very chunky baby so depending on yours you may be able to keep it for longer. I think it's a must have for those first couple of months that the baby wakes up all through the night, unless you have room in your bedroom for a crib.

 I have been looking at some bassinets. Some of them have weight limits and it all depends on how fast the baby grows. I think we will probably get both a crib and bassinet so I can have the baby by me at night when he's younger.
