My Dr told me the same thing from my first blood work, which was also right about 6 weeks, everything turned out fine, they've checked it periodically since and its fine. I am now 30 weeks and have a perfectly healthy baby boy on the way and I have had no problems because of it. Don't be worried, just about everything gets "slightly elevated" when you're pregnant, thyroid, blood pressure, pulse, etc. My sister in law actually had severely elevated thyroid levels with her son and they put her on thyroid meds, she now has a healthy 9 week old baby boy and he does not have any issues with his thyroid. I wouldn't be concerned, wait for your 2nd labs to come back and see what they say, even if you have to take meds just know that there are lots of women who take thyroid meds and have healthy uncomplicated pregnancies and you're not alone! Congratulations on your new baby and wishing you a very healthy pregnancy!
