All I know about the beach is you need to cover up.  During pregnacy the skin is super sensitive.  You need to wear sunblock and to be covered.  From what I have been told you can burn really easily and that could be bad.  However sunshine and fresh air are always good things, just be smart about it.  Of course if the beach has any postings due to red tide or bacteria in the water I would stay away.....but I would think a nice long walk on the beach would be good for you.

I agree with Helene. The only things you need to worry about at the beach when you are pregnant are the same things you need to worry about at the beach when you are not pregnant, there is no difference! Hasn't he ever seen Blue Lagoon? lol just kidding.
