I'm newly pregnant and could use some advice from others out there.  I have 2 children and have had 1 m/c.  My system is incredibly irregular so we've been having trouble determining a due date.  After 2 ultrasounds, the doctor has declared 2/15/09 our due date.  I have recently started spotting.  I called the DR about it last week and went in for a rogham shot.  They also did another u/s on Friday.  Results show a subchorionic hematoma.  They said that there isn't much that can be done and some go away on their own.  They restricted my lifting to 20 lbs or less and no intercourse until this subsides.  I will also have a u/s every 2 weeks until this subsides.  

Has anyone had any experiences with subchorionic hematomas?  Any advice that would be helpful to me?  I would do just about anything if it meant not losing this baby!  Thanks.
