Hi.  Today I have had tightening in my lower stomach all day!  My doctor said to call if I had more than 6 an hour, and I am averaging exactly 6 an hour for the past 5 hours.  They are driving me crazy!  The don't hurt, but I definitely feel the tightening.  (I never felt this with my first child.)  I really would like this baby to come early so I can try for a VBAC, but this is a little too early.  Anyone experience these before?  Did you go into labor before your due date?  Thanks for letting me vent!

I haven't really been having a lot of them, but the ones I've been having have been pretty strong. I've actually been waking up with them the last couple of nights. That's pretty annoying. I always start getting mine around the 16th week so I'm pretty used to them. I did not go into early labor last time and I don't expect to this time. Just try to relax through them, and maybe increase your water, sometimes I find I get more of them if I haven't been drinking enough.
