Hello ladies.  I have been taking low dose birth control pills for almost a year.  Does anyone have any info about TTC after the pill?  Someone told me that it can take a very long time.  Has anyone experienced that?  Is it just an old wise tail?  Thanks.

 Well, I've taken the pill for a long time now!  I've been able to get pregnant soon right after stopping with my 3 pregnancies.  The 1st one, I had been taking the pill for about 5 years and only took about a month after I stopped taking the pill and I was pregnant.  The 2nd time it took about 4 months (but we weren't trying hard enough).  With this pregnancy (my 3rd) it only tood 2 months and I got pregnant.  I guess it's different for everyone.  I remember my gynecologist saying that it would probably take a little while to get pregnant with my first, but he was wrong!  I have heard from some women though that it has taken them long.  Hopefully it won't take too long for you!  Good luck!
