From what I have read Dr's don't advice it past the third trimester but at the same time it said if you talk to your Dr. and he approves it you should be fine. It said that making sure to get up and move around as much as possible is good to do due to the risk of blood clots forming in your legs. I would contact your Dr. and see what he says.

I agree.  You'll want to ask your doctor.  And you might want to make sure you know of an OB on the other end of the flight.

I agree you should check with your doc, but you may also want to check with the airline, some airlines won't let you fly after a certain time in pregnancy.

I agree with pp.  Check w/your OB first, then w/the airline.  If you booked tickets thru a travel agent they will check for you.  I was told some airlines restrict after 28 weeks while others allow up to 38 weeks.

i checked with my doctor and he said i was good to go since it was only an hour flight and we do not reach too high of an altitude but he said to make sure you know an ob on the other end just incase...i also checked with the airlines and they said that they had no rules on expectant mothers....so it looks like im good to go!!! thanks all for the input!
