So I just found out i' pregnant and i'm extremely nervous. I have cramps like i'm about to have my period but it doesn't come. Is everything normal? God I hope i'm a good mother!

First, congratulations on your pregnancy!  Second, many women do cramp but keep on eye on them and call your doctor if they worsen.  Third, I'm sure you'll be a great mother!  My mother always told me that she felt like she was "flying by the seat of her pants" because despite all the books and the advice from friends and family it was very often her own mothering instinct that guided her.

Congratulations on your pregnancy and light cramps are normal.  As suggested just make sure they don't become severe because then you need to talk to your doctor!

I just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant. I underwent fertility treatment but I didn't expect a positive read because I was getting what I though premenstrual cramping one day. However it ceased. My fertility nurse told me that happens to some women. I guess we'll be fine. Good luck!

I found out I was pregnant yesterday.  I have my pregnancy confirmation appointment next week. 

Prior to finding out I was pregnant, I was having slight cramps like when my period starts too.  They have gone away now.

Sometimes the cramps are implantation cramps. It's the embryo embedding itself into your uterus. Congratulations to you all and good luck!

I have a question when are you suppose to fill movement?

For me, flutters started around 16-17 weeks, but I really felt them at about 19 weeks - hang in there!

Hi I am new to this.....

I have an 8 yr old son.. My husband and I are trying to conceive another child. My last period was on Aug 10th. If I am correct I ovulated on Aug 24th. We had sex on Aug 13,14,16,17,18,21,22,23,and the 24th. How good are my chances of getting pregnant???

Please help

I think the general rule of thumb is sex 48 hours before and after ovulation are the prime times. I don't know, maybe you could ask on the ttc boards. I am sure there are plenty of women who know all the math and such on those boards. It also comes down to you both being healthy with no complications and God's plan.
